Toshiba's latest tablet offering is said to be the thinnest 10-incher in the world today. It’s very thick thin at only 0.3 inches beating the iPad 2 and at least for now when other manufacturers have not rolled out their slim tablets.
The Toshiba Excite X10′s back cover boasts of brushed magnesium alloy finish. Other specs include Corning Gorilla glass display, a TI OMAP 4420 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 1GB RAM, 1280 x 800 pixel resolution, 2-megapixel front camera, 5-megapixel rear camera, micro USB, mini HDMI out, micro SD card slot, and a DNLA-compatible media player.
Nothing is sure yet as to what Android OS version will be installed but I’m hoping the latest Ice Cream Sandwich.
Also known as the Toshiba Regza in Asia, the new Android tablet is expected to arrive this quarter. No word on pricing as usual.

Price & Availability
The Toshiba Excite X10 tablet will be hitting the U.S. markets in the middle of first quarter of this year. It will cost $530 for the 16GB model and 32GB edition setting you back $599.99 with out any contract.
